All students at Pumicestone State School have the opportunity to engage with the Digital Technologies Curriculum through hands on learning activities.
There is a computer lab and technology room where all students have access to online and offline programs on a weekly basis. At Pumicestone, we have a range of different robotic resources from Bee-Bots for the younger grades to Lego and M-Bots for the older grades. Students have access to robotics, 3D design and coding programs during Digital Technology or ‘Primetime’. During this time, students work across a variety of digital platforms to develop games and explore the realms of design.
Students at Pumicestone have access to multiple laptop and iPad trolleys to ensure all year levels have the ability to interact with ICT throughout their learning experience.
