Registration and participation
Parents are required to register for the program using the form on this page. Upon registration, you will receive a name tag for your vehicle's sun visor, which will be sent home with your child.
Process at the loading zone
When you arrive, our staff will call for waiting children. The first 3 vehicles in line will load and depart before the next set. If your child is not present when your vehicle reaches the front, please proceed to the end of the queue.
Non-compliance
Vehicles not complying with program rules or engaged in unsafe practices will be reported to Police Link and/or Moreton Bay Regional Council.
Parent responsibilities
To ensure smooth operation of the program, we ask that parents:
Arrive within monitored times (2.30pm to 2.45pm),
Display the name tag on the passenger side sun visor for easy identification,
Stay in their vehicle and refrain from exiting,
Ensure there is adequate space inside the vehicle for children.
Key actions for the Look Out Program

Move forward safely when directed.

We appreciate your support in making this initiative successful in facilitating safe and efficient school pickups for all families.
