Enrolling at our school

Enrolment Packs can be collected in person from the school office or from our website under the support and resources tab.
Once completed, return all documents, along with the student's birth certificate and or passport, to the school office.
For identity purposes, enrolment forms must include a copy of the student's original birth certificate if born in Australia. If born outside of Australia, a Passport, Visa or Citizenship papers are required.
You will need to prepare for the interview and bring certain documents for the Principal to sight. Without the correct documents the enrolment cannot proceed. Please also include three forms of proof of residence.
Please bring the following items to the enrolment interview:
  • You and the children applying for enrolment;
  • Each child’s birth certificate or passport;
  • A current passport and visa is required for any child born overseas.
Pumicestone State School uses a Student Resource Scheme instead of booklists.
